2019 dues assessment is $450.00 per year per home, paid semi-annually ($225 each) on February 1 and August 1.
Resale Fee Certificate: $295 (10 day delivery); $395 (2 day delivery) & a $150 transfer fee to CCMC at closing.
Additionally, a contribution of ½ of 1% tax on every real estate transaction is paid to the Heartland Foundation which was established to financially support neighborhood schools with enhanced educational opportunities for Heartland students, such as innovative programming, technology, equipment, and art programs.
