Heartland Continues to Grow into Spring and Summer

Construction for the next phase of lots for the homebuilders at Heartland started almost a year ago. After making it through several months of rain delays, the streets will be installed over the next few weeks. 40’ rear-entry homes lots will be available to Lennar Homes. 50’ front-entry home lots will be available for our three builders: Bloomfield Homes, History Maker Homes, and Lennar Homes. 60’ front-entry home lots will be available for the first time for Bloomfield Homes and History Maker Homes which will provide the larger home with a three car garage that has been sought by some of our buyers.

Phase 4-A lot development has already started adjacent to the curve in FM741 and will commence on additional lots south of FM741 in the coming month. Phase 8 lot development has kicked off design for another 400 lots which will begin construction later this year.

The next Crandall ISD elementary school is scheduled to break ground in June this year, a year ahead of schedule! The school will be located adjacent to a future extension of Sunnybrook Drive just south of the existing homes in Sunny Meadow Village. Currently, there are no Heartland residents occupying seats on the Crandall ISD Board. We are asking everyone to please take the time to VOTE in the election on May 7th to try to place Gregory Carter (Place 4), and Ryan Eskridge or Michael Scott (Place 3) so that Heartland can have representation on the Crandall ISD Board. Every vote will be important in this election that could be won by as little as 10 votes!!!

We are working on the design and costs for adding another pool at the existing amenity center that we hope to construct and have available for the residents early this summer. We believe this new pool, intended for teenagers and up, will provide a little more separation between the toddlers and teenagers.

It will take time, but we hope that you are already seeing some of the landscaping and features being added to Heartland to provide more distinction and features to welcome you home every day. From the ponds created in the new phases, to the new model park and entry monuments/signage, to the landscaping mountain on FM741, we strive to provide a unique and pleasing environment for you to call home!
