Heartland is Community of the Year!

We are proud to share that Heartland was recognized as Community of the Year! This award comes from the DFW Community Associations Institute and specifically honors the hard work and dedication of our unmatched HOA staff.

Heartland’s HOA is managed by CCMC and HOA Manager Dodie Slama and her team of wonderful people do an excellent job of managing the large community of Heartland. With year-round community events and over 2800 homes and growing, it’s no small feat. Which is why they won no small award! The Community of the Year award for Heartland came from the category for large communities.
