Heartland Town Center Welcomes Four New Retail Tenants for 2026
Heartland Town Center is continuing to grow, and exciting new retail and service options are on the way.
Huffines Enterprises, alongside Hodges Architects, has announced that four new businesses have leased more
than 12,000 square feet in the center. These additions bring Heartland Town Center to 42% occupancy as momentum
builds for the area’s expanding retail options.
Opening in Spring 2026, residents can look forward to welcoming:
- Artisan Nails
- Donut Supreme
- Breeze Urgent Care
- Enlaces Tex-Mex Restaurant
These new tenants will join existing pad-site businesses along FM 741, including 7-Eleven,
McDonald’s, and Taco Bell. Several additional pad sites remain available as the area
continues to attract strong commercial interest.

A Hub for a Growing Community
Located at Interstate 20 and FM 741, Heartland Town Center serves both the 5,400-home Heartland master-planned
community and more than 4,000 surrounding households. With Kaufman County ranked among the fastest-growing
counties in Texas, demand for nearby retail, dining, and services continues to rise.
The retail center spans 28,700 square feet across three buildings arranged around a central square designed
for community gatherings. Plans include outdoor seating, playscapes, green space, and a jumbo screen for
movies and sporting events. Full buildout is expected by late 2026.
Adding to the area’s momentum, H-E-B has recently purchased 25 acres across from the Town Center, further
enhancing the future shopping options for Heartland residents.
